For the first time in nearly 40 years, the Maccabi Ajax Cricket Club 1st XI are premiers.

They beat Carnegie in the Grand Final by 17 runs.

In a team effort, Josh Jones was awarded Man of the Match with bowling figures of 3/19 and hitting 16 runs with the bat.
