NSW Tenpin: 2022 Standings and Record – Week 16, Season 1 2022

With one week to go in the first season of Maccabi for 2022 and we have a winner!!! Oldies have an unassailable 12 point lead at the top on 105 points while the battle for second will indeed go to the last round with both Swannies and School Daze tied on 93. Big congratulations to Patricia Levy and Raymond Meinrath on their outstanding bowling throughout the season and a throughly deserved win.

Oldies produced the only perfect result of the week with a 10-0 win over Searoos which enabled them to wrap up the league title. For Oldies, Patricia Levy bowled 2 very nice games of 141 & 150 (18 & 27 over avg) while Raymond Meinrath produced one of the top performances of the year and was the star bowler of the week – series with a 153, 159 & 174 (27, 33 & 48 over avg) for a brilliant 486 series (108 over avg). Tony Faust for Searoos bowled a nice 151 (6 over avg) in the last.

Bubba Zeida recorded a nice 7-3 win over Rolling Stones. For Bubba Zeida, Phillip Levy recorded two solid games of 170 & 169 (12 & 11 over avg) while for Rolling Stones, Brian Doobov on his own bowled a nice 173 (23 over avg) in the last game.

Blue Heelers bowled against themselves and took 9 points in a solid performance. Michael Eisenstein bowled a nice 152 (11 over avg) while Naomi Baram bowled two games over average with a 164 (12 over avg) the best of the games.

Two Can Tango walked away with a great 9-1 win over Mean Machine. For Two Can Tango, Michael Horrowitz recorded a nice 120 (6 over avg) in the last while Tomer Aston bowled all three games over average with a 131, 153 & 131 (11, 33 & 11 over avg). For Mean Machine, Mark Katz bowled two over average games of 152 & 148 (10 & 6 over avg).

The Incredibles recorded a nice 9-0 win over Highland Warriors. For The Incredibles, Ricky Kremer bowled all three games over average of 124, 126 & 118 (8, 10 & 2 over avg) while Dina Kremer bowled a nice 106 (20 over avg) in the last.

Swannies were bowling themselves this week and were only able to manage 3 points. Ronnie Lang bowled a nice 210 (9 over avg) in the first game.

Peter Israelski was on his own for Schmootz and came away with 6 points. His best game was an outstanding 189 (30 over avg) in the first game to set up the win.

School Daze came away with a 6-4 win over The Lads. Howard Baram on his own for School Daze bowled a solid 170 (3 over avg) in the second game and followed it up with an outstanding 198 (31 over avg) in the last. For The Lads, Roy Zurnamer bowled a nice 94 (14 over avg) in the second game while Nathan Radzevicius bowled a very nice 122 (29 over avg) in the last.

Let’s Roll took a nice 7-2 win over The Mighty Underdogs. Danny Hough for Let’s Roll bowled a couple of nice games over average and was consistent throughout while Alexander Itzkowitz was the star bowler of the week – game with a brilliant 151 which was 49 pins over average.
