Maccabi Junior Carnival is a week of incredible experiences ranging from multi level competitive sport to amazing social activities that no one will want to miss!
A wide variety of sports are on offer including basketball, soccer, tennis, netball, pickleball, AFL 9s and many more.
While enjoying the spirited competition, participants will be experiencing some of the best activities Australia has to offer. Carnival 2026 will feature incredible social events. Other activities include Discos, barbecues and more!
For over 40 years the Junior Carnival has been connecting Jewish youth from all over Australia and is responsible for an immeasurable number of lifelong friendships.
Maccabi Junior Carnival is for Jewish kids from across Australia and New Zealand who are going into year 7 – year 10 in 2026.

Are you passionate about sports, community, and making a positive impact? Become a Youth Leader at the 44th Maccabi Junior Carnival!
As a Youth Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the carnival experience for participants, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship.
Carni is also a great opportunity to bolster your resume, travel, strengthen and empower our Maccabi Junior Carnival participants and meet like-minded youth leaders from across the nation – forming friendships and memories that will last for a lifetime!
