All Stars Bond with Juniors
20 May 2026
The Ajax All Stars recently shared a very special training session with the Ajax Junior Club U12 Jets, creating an unforgettable night.
Players from both teams took part in drills together, sang the club song proudly, shared pizza, celebrated a birthday, and most importantly formed genuine friendships. It was beautiful to watch the junior players grow in confidence throughout the evening, while the Ajax All Stars embraced the opportunity to support and connect with the next generation of Ajax footballers.
The night perfectly captured what Ajax is all about inclusion, belonging, and one community united through football.
Sportsmanship Above All (V. Lower Plenty)
17 May 2026
The Ajax All Stars faced top side Lower Plenty in a spirited contest, going down 11.11.77 to 5.5.35, but once again the true highlights came through the team’s incredible sportsmanship and heart.
One memorable moment saw Ajax All Star Yoel helping an opposition player put his boot back on after it flew off during play. Another came when Mattie enthusiastically joined the opposition’s goal celebrations, handing out high fives and leaving everyone smiling.
The game also featured five different goal kickers, including two players kicking their first-ever goals, moments celebrated with enormous joy by teammates, families, and supporters alike. The day finished with cake, singing, and plenty of smiles in true Ajax All Stars style.
Resilience and Teamwork (V. Eltham)
3 May 2026
The Ajax All Stars travelled to Eltham for their second game of the season, beginning the day with a lively bus ride full of music and excitement.
Despite difficult rainy conditions, the team showed resilience, determination, and strong teamwork across all four quarters. While the result didn’t go their way, the growth, encouragement, and support shown between players was something everyone could be proud of.
A particularly emotional moment came with the return of a long-time member of the Ajax All Stars family who had battled anxiety for many years. Supported by teammates every step of the way, he not only made the trip but took the field and thoroughly enjoyed himself. Watching the team rally around him was a powerful reminder that the Ajax All Stars are far more than just a football team they are a family.
