Cycling – Kibbutznik turns pro
In between a successful 2023 Giro d’Italia performance and preparations for the upcoming Tour de France, Israel’s only professional men’s cycling team – Israel Premier Tech – rewarded 22-yearold kibbutznik Nadav Raisberg (pictured) for his impressive form for Israel Cycling Academy, by offering him his first professional contract. Raisberg is the first Israeli signed by IPT in four years, and will
join fellow countrymen Guy Sagiv, Omer Goldstein and Itamar Einhorn in the 30-strong squad, who all have Grand Tour experience.
