Maccabi Australia was thrilled to have 2 Community Members medalling in the 2018 GHF Australian Age Swimming Championships (21 April – 28 April).

Bronze Medal – 16 yrs 100 Backstroke in 1:03:75
Bronze Medal – 16 yrs 200 Backstroke in 2:17:18
Double delight for Ashleigh who has had an impressive meet with 2 bronze medals in her form stroke Backstroke. Swimming a total of 8 events, this has been a breakthrough meet for Ashley who is training with her coach Olympian Ashley Delaney at Northcote Swimming and Lifesaving Club.

Silver Medal – 18&U 4*100M Medley Relay
Dante has won a Silver Medal in the final event of the Championships. Swimming the butterfly leg for the MLC Aquatic Team in a blisteringly fast 55.44.
