Maccabi AJAX Squad Swimming
In September, swimmers represented our club at the JX Starter Meet at MSAC, we were the 3rd largest club from 63 clubs across Victoria. Five of our swimmers finished in the top ten for their age. We had swimmers competing in 130 events, where most achieved personal bests (PBs) and performed outstandingly, especially given for many of them it was their first time competing.
Then earlier this month, 22 swimmers competed at the Metro East Selection Meet. The Top 10 from Metro East represent the district at the Junior Metro Meet. 9 of our swimmers made the Top 10 for their age group and moved on to the next stage of the competition.
The summer-long course season has now started. There will be a lot of racing opportunities for everyone. Those of you who have not joined the club are encouraged to do so.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact our head coach, Guy Eylon on headcoach@maccabiaquatics.com.au
