Maccabi Inter-Club Teams Event

Join us in the most awaited golf event of the year! An opportunity not only to showcase your golf skills but to strengthen the spirit of the Jewish golfing community.

Event Purpose:

Maccabi Golf strives to unite Jewish golfers across Melbourne. As the Cranbourne Golf Club approaches its closure, the need for Jewish golfers to remain connected grows even more vital. This event is our step towards ensuring that bond.

Event Highlights:

• Connect and compete with Jewish Golfers from over 10 different clubs.
• Try out for your club’s representation and face off in the final at Cranbourne.
• Play your heart out in the qualifying weeks and get your scores counted.

Event Details:

Qualifying Period: 21 Aug – 1 October 2023
Play your regular golf at your club during this period. Every score counts!

Scoring System:
Stableford points for each round. Your average score over a minimum of 3 rounds will determine your standing.

Team Composition:

• Top 4 average scores + 2 reserves.
• If more than 20 Jewish Golfers from a club participate, the club can have 2 teams of 4 players each, plus two reserves.

Participating Clubs:
Cranbourne, Huntingdale, Southern, Yarra Yarra, Metropolitan, Spring Valley, Kingston Heath, Commonwealth, Sandhurst, Woodlands, The National, and non-affiliated golfers are all joining the fray.

The Grand Final:

📍 Venue: Cranbourne Golf Club

Registration Fee: $20
This covers all associated costs for the event.
