Expression of Interest - Maccabi Integrity Officer (volunteer)
Maccabi Australia invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and values-driven individuals to serve as volunteer Integrity Officers in NSW, Victoria and WA.
Integrity Officers support Maccabi’s commitment to protect the safety and rights of all our participants (players, supporters, staff and volunteers) in all Maccabi activities.
Our Integrity Officers are at the front line of integrity issues. They deal directly with integrity-related complaints and grievances – for example, about child safety, bullying, harassment, discrimination or cheating. The position description is here.
Maccabi currently has one Integrity Officer in each State, and we are looking to expand our capacity by appointing additional Integrity Officers.
Experience in dealing with these types of issues is essential, and it will be extremely helpful if you have gained this experience in a sporting or educational environment. Training or experience in conflict resolution is also desirable.
If you are interested, please send through your CV, a valid Working With Children Check Clearance (or current WWCC application) and the contact details of two referees.
Any questions? Please contact Donna Olbourne, National Integrity Officer, at integritymanager@maccabi.com.au.
