Maccabi Golf Inter-Club Teams Event
Resilience Shines Through the Rain
The final of the Maccabi Golf Inter-Club Teams Event was held at Cranbourne Golf Club on Sunday, 26 October 2025 — and true to the forecast, the skies opened with up to 30mm of rain throughout the day.
Despite the challenging conditions, a brave and resilient field of golfers made their way to the course, ready to face the elements and compete in the true spirit of Maccabi Golf. Ten groups, representing six of Melbourne’s top golf clubs, took part in this much-anticipated event.
The format was an individual stableford competition, with each team’s best three scores from four players counting toward the overall team total. With Cranbourne fielding three teams and playing on their home course, the advantage proved telling in the wet and heavy conditions.
