Maccabi All Abilities Swim’s Up- From 12 March

Dive into a weekly splash of fun with our Aqua Fit & Fun program, designed for people with intellectual disabilities and neurodiversities! (March –  November 2025)

Swim’s Up is the perfect way to get active, build confidence, and make new friends.

Here’s what you’ll love:

• Fun Fitness: Get moving with awesome exercises in the water to build strength and endurance
• Cool Beats: Enjoy great music that keeps you energised and pumped up
• Confidence Boost: Feel stronger and more confident in the pool
• Awesome Instructor: Our friendly, energetic instructor will make sure you’re having a great time!

Where: Montefiore Aquatic Hydro Pool

Cost of Registration: One time $40 registration fee for the duration of the program
