Maccabi Life – Hiking Club

Date: Sunday 31 July 2022

Meeting spot: Taronga Zoo Wharf (see map below)

Time: 8.45 am for 9.00 am start

Two options:

1. Taronga Zoo to Clifton Gardens Reserve – 6km return; or continue to

2. Balmoral Beach 13km return.

We are so excited to be kicking off our first adventure with this stunning middle harbour hike, which has sublime water views, bushland and beaches.
We look forward to meeting you all at the TARONGA ZOO WHARF. You can ferry there or park at the Zoo!

DETAILS:

• Walk at your own pace
• 2 options:
  • SHORT – 6km return (turn back at Clifton reserve) – section 1-4 on map
  • LONG – 13km return (turn back at Balmoral – or you can uber from Balmoral back to your car if you wish) – section 1-8 on map
• This is a low/medium grade walk
• No experience needed
• Bring and carry your own water and a snack for the walk
• Invite a friend and family! All welcome
