RULES
- NSW Jewish Open will be a scratch event incorporating a H/Cap event open to all Jewish bowlers. If a bowler is involved in a final of both events the Jewish Open will take precedent over the other.
- Each entrant is to bowl six games. After 6 games if there is a tie it is the highest last game who will qualify if there will be a stepladder final the top qualifier is announced then 2nd plays 3rd in a one game head to head qualifier to advance to the final to play the top qualifier if there is a tie in either game the opponent with the highest game will be the winner. If the games are still level extra frames will be bowled till a winner has the highest score in gth & 10th frame.
- The six games qualifying for the NSW Open will also constitute the scores for the H/Cap tournament. Trophies for 1st 2nd 3rd place will be awarded in the men’s event and or women’s event if contested.
- Only bowlers with a current league average of 180 or less will be eligible to bowl the H/Cap tournament. Averages are based as the end of season 1 with a minimum of 12 games will be used. H/Caps will be based on league averages.
- Dress code: Men no tracks pants, dress shorts allowed Women no track pants or leg-ins.
- Lane change after every 2 games. Odd to the right Evens to the left.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior including offensive language abuse of equipment machinery or persons will not be tolerated. One warning will be given and thereafter the bowler will be disqualified.
- This event will be in accordance with all TBA rules and regulations it is the bowlers responsibility to ensure all equipment used complies with TBA rules and includes. NO BALANCE HOLES IN BOWLING BALLS.
